Be REAL – Resilient Attitudes and Living, aims to promote well-being among college students and youth. The program provides participants with opportunities to learn stress management skills, improve attention and focus, and discuss how these skills apply to daily life in a group setting.

Skills for college life and beyond​

Be REAL is a multi week program with group discussions, small group activities, guided practices and exercises to help you:
